of course that also means that i try to learn more about why i’m sick, and how to make me better…of
which i’ll forget shortly after i finish reading the articles. but this one sticks probably because i’ve been
trying to drink tons of water:

You can die from drinking too much water

“At its most basic, water intoxication occurs when a person drinks so much water that the
other nutrients in the body become diluted to the point that they can no longer do their jobs”

as tiff reminded me – everything must be done in moderation.
