cooking with Coolio

a while back on a previous version of this blog, I wrote about Christopher Walken and his
beer-butt-chicken with pears. Walken’s chicken looked impressive and tried to be very professional.
but this time i’d like to share about Coolio, of “gangsta’s paradise” fame, and his caprese salad. Not as
impressive looking or as professional but HYSTERICAL.
