egg cuber

today’s lunch was an egg salad sandwhich. i haven’t had one of those in years. in my quest to find some intresting egg recipes (my MIL and FIL love eggs – but can only have them in small quantities because they both have high cholestrol), i found this:

The contraption doesn’t look like much, but it basically allows you to make square eggs. sounds pretty cool to me. but i wish i knew how it worked.
