so joseph really likes this show called Battlestar Galactica (BSG for short). SciFi has been creating these new posters as "propaganda" items:
i think only true BSG nerds would buy this poster. maybe i should get one for joseph.

so before joseph and i got married, i was really into puzzles. REALLY into them. For Christmas, my friends would ask me what I wanted, and I would tell them I wanted a huge honking puzzle to put together. But once we were seriously dating / married, I didn't do as many puzzles given that I have alot less free time on my hands.
Also there's really nowhere to put the puzzle. But someone thought of something I should've thought of ages ago! A puzzle rug:
I totally wish i could buy this online, but looks like the closest thing i could get is a Child's ...

this year some friends, jeremy, alfredo, alice and angela, got baptized in the ghaw crib house in new jersey. the house is ah-mazing. nice tall ceilings and a nice indoor heated pool. which ended up being the baptismal pool.
but the pool made joseph look like a midget:
